Subscriptions
Colour plans spread a year of appointments over twelve monthly payments; blow dry plans go month by month. Both come with a few extras on us. Choose your stylist to see your price.

How plans work
- Who can join. Plans are for existing clients, once you've had three appointments with us.
- Colour plans. Twelve months, paid by Direct Debit on the 1st of each month.
- Blow dry plans. Four weeks at a time from the day you start, renewed each month.
- Payments. If a payment fails, we'll message you.
- Moving an appointment. You can move it up to two weeks either side. After that it's lost.
- Missed appointments. A no-show uses up that appointment. If you'd like one before your next, it's paid as normal.
- Stopping a colour plan early. We add up the appointments you've had against what you've paid, and whoever owes the difference pays it back.
Plans are booked with the studio, not online. Ask us how it works before you sign up.

Mane London is a team of stylists who work side by side: blonde and colour specialists, extension stylists and blow dry pros. Founded by Holly Kindeleit, the studio is built on looking after each other as much as our clients. Whether you're after a bold transformation, a subtle refresh or styling for a special occasion, we take the time to understand what you want and bring it to life.

Before you book
- Skin test. If you're new to colour with us, or we haven't seen you for 6 months, you'll need a quick skin test 48 hours before. It's free. We may also ask for a fresh one if anything has changed, like a new shade, a reaction since your last colour, a new tattoo or new medication. Every colour is confirmed at your consultation.
- Deposits. Online bookings take a 30% deposit.
- Paying. In the studio we take cash or bank transfer. There's no card machine.
- Changing your appointment. With less than 48 hours' notice, the deposit is kept. With less than 24 hours, 50% of the price is due. No-shows are charged in full.
- Replies. We answer WhatsApp messages the same day, within opening hours.
- Good to know. Walk-ins welcome when there's a free chair. Free WiFi, disabled access, and sorry, no children. Need anything to make your visit easier? Tell us when you book.
